HYDROGRAPHIC SURVEYS AND ANCILLARY SERVICES

Gardline Hydro's main area of expertise is conducting hydrographic surveys to update nautical charts, required by coastal states who wish to invest in accurate hydrographic surveys in order to meet IMO SOLAS Chapter 5 requirements.
The company also provides a range of ancillary support services for hydrographic surveys, through industry partnerships and other members of the Gardline Marine Sciences Group.
The company offers experience and expertise in the design of routeing measures and navaids, production of ENC and paper charts, survey manuals, tide tables and notices to mariners. Gardline Hydro also carries out complimentary studies such as, habitat assessment to support strategic and regional environmental and oceanographic studies.

UNCLOS 76 - EEZ Surveys

Gardline Hydro has acquired significant experience in design and acquisition of survey data necessary to meet United Nations Law of the Sea Article 76 (UNCLOS) claims for extended continental shelf and delimitation.
The company has invested in state of the art deep water swathe bathymetry equipment including KS EM120 multibeam systems. Various 2D seismic configurations have been developed, both high resolution and high volume, to map sedimentary basement objectives.
