North Sea Marine Cluster Offers Internship Opportunity

Through its affiliation with the North Sea Marine Cluster (NSMC), the Gardline Group, a global group of science and technology companies, has announced that it is seeking a graduate with interests in marine and environmental science.

The purpose of this exciting and career enhancing internship will be to work with the NSMC management team to carry out a scoping study to help them identify the expertise and resources necessary to meet new opportunities for Gardline's business.

Led by the management team, the intern will meet with a number of stakeholders within the Gardline Group and partners (including the University of East Anglia) to establish views on future business opportunities arising from changes in marine legislation, specifically the Marine & Coastal Access Act 2009.

The successful applicant will undertake a review of the expertise and resources required to meet the commercial opportunities identified, summarizing existing capability and identifying shortfalls.
